Privacy policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Sensation Interactive, LLC ("we") collects through www.sensationinteractive.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. The form sends these to our studio email so we can reply.
When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address goes to our newsletter provider, which sends the emails on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
When you visit any page, our web host automatically records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't do
- We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
- This site doesn't set its own cookies.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which handle data under their own privacy policies:
- YouTube for trailers. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but when you play one, YouTube (Google) may collect data about that viewing.
- Our web host may show a security check before the site loads, which can use Google reCAPTCHA and set cookies.
- Links to other sites, such as Steam and our social media pages, take you to services with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@sensationinteractive.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
